Derby – Rear Extension & Internal Adjustments of a Detached Family Home

This large detached home in Derby needed to grow with the family that lived in it. The project involved the removal of the unusual bay window at the centre of the rear elevation and the design of a new single storey rear extension that not only increased the size of the home’s living area, but also created a modern kitchen/living space for the family to enjoy.
