Derbyshire – Internal Re-Configuration of a Hotel into Residential Apartments

This beautiful hotel located in a Conservation Area in central Derbyshire had fallen out of use several years before the project was undertaken. The scope of works encompassed its re-configuration into residential apartments whilst maintaining its external aesthetics.
